This is a quick and healthy breakfast when you are short on time.
1/2 c Nuts, Toasted and chopped
1/3 c. oats
2 tbsp dried fruit
1/3 cup warm plant-based milk or water
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 c fresh berries
- in a large bowl add the toasted nuts, oats, maple syrup, dried fruit, and the warm milk or water and stir to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.
- add the berries and mix. Add more maple syrup if needed and serve.
