Muesli

This is a quick and healthy breakfast when you are short on time.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 c Nuts, Toasted and chopped

1/3 c. oats

2 tbsp dried fruit

1/3 cup warm plant-based milk or water

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 c fresh berries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. in a large bowl add the toasted nuts, oats, maple syrup, dried fruit, and the warm milk or water and stir to combine.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.
  3. add the berries and mix. Add more maple syrup if needed and serve.
