2 cups arugula
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 2 limes
1 cup fresh basil, torn
salt and pepper to taste
1 box small pasta of choice
- In a food processor combine all of the ingredients except the pasta and blend until smooth. set aside.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the pasta and cook until tender. About 10-12 minutes. Drain and pour the pasta into a large bowl.
- Top with the pesto and toss to coat evenly.
- Scoop into a serving plater and serve.
