Keto Italian Grilled Cheese

This is by far the best keto Italian Grilled cheese I have ever had the privilege of making. It is super easy and so good. For the bread recipe see my grilled cheese post.

This recipe has cheese, salami, and pepperoni and it is every bit as good as the “real” thing. So let’s get started.

You will need

Bread (see grilled cheese post for recipe)
two slices of salami ( large slices)
Two slices of pepperoni ( large slices)
four slices of mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare the keto bread and set aside.
  2. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet and let the butter get hot but not burned. Place one slice of bread on the pan then two slices of cheese, the salami, pepperoni, and then the other two slices of cheese and top with the other slice of keto bread.
  3. Allow the bread to brown before flipping to brown the other side.
  4. Remove from the pan and cut in half as desired.
  5. Enjoy!
