1 cup packed spinach leaves
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 scoop country farms super reds powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp maca powder
1 1/4 cup rice milk ( or favorite plant-based milk or coconut water)
1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and turn the blender on low speed for about 15 seconds. Just to break things up a bit.
- Turn the blender on medium to high speed until completely smooth. There should be no lumps. Pour the smoothie into a large glass or tumbler and enjoy!
You will not taste the spinach in this smoothie. The Tropical flavors of the mango and pineapple come through in this one. You are going to love this one. It is creamy and smooth and so delicious.
