This is my go-to smoothie. I make this particular smoothie all the time. It is my favorite. If I’m not making this a smoothie I’m making this a smoothie bowl with toppings.
1 banana Frozen and slightly thawed
1 cup spinach
2 strawberries with the tops
1/2 cup mixed tropical fruit frozen
1 tbsp molasses
1/2 tsp agave
1 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp hemp seed
1 1/2 cup water ( you can also use coconut water or orange juice) Use less liquid for a smoothie bowl so it will be thicker
- In a high-speed blender add the bananas, spinach, all of the fruit, agave, molasses, and all of the seeds.
- Pour over the water or preferred liquid of choice and turn the blender on and blend on low to begin mixing. You might need to use the stamper or turn the blender off and move the ingredients around until everything is smooth. When the mixture is smooth turn the mixture on medium speed or high speed until completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a serving glass and add a straw. Serve.
