This is another favorite of mine. If you like green smoothies then you will love this one.
1 banana frozen and slightly thawed
1 1/2 cup mixed tropical mixed fruit
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ginger
2 cups spinach
- In a blender add the banana, the fruit, the spinach, the spices and pour in the coconut milk.
- Blend until smooth. You might need to use the stamper to get things going or you can turn the blender off and stir the mixture a few times until well blended. When the mixture comes together turn the blender on high until completely smooth.
- Pour into a serving glass and serve.
