Green Turmeric Smoothie

This is another favorite of mine. If you like green smoothies then you will love this one.

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana frozen and slightly thawed

1 1/2 cup mixed tropical mixed fruit

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp ginger

2 cups spinach

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender add the banana, the fruit, the spinach, the spices and pour in the coconut milk.
  2. Blend until smooth. You might need to use the stamper to get things going or you can turn the blender off and stir the mixture a few times until well blended. When the mixture comes together turn the blender on high until completely smooth.
  3. Pour into a serving glass and serve.
