Crock-Pot Chuck Roast

Hey Everyone!

Today I am sharing with you the easiest and flavorful meal you will ever eat. It has only 3 ingredients * spices excluded*. It is slow-cooked to perfection in the crock-pot. All you have to do is add this to the crock-pot and walk away and let it do its thing. You get the best flavor from the meat and it is super tender and so delicious. You are going to flip over this one! So get your crock-pots ready and let’s go!

INGREDIENTS:

a large chuck roast ( this can vary depending on your cut so get the largest one you can)
4 stalks celery – cut into chunks
4 stalks of carrots – cut into chunks
salt
pepper
seasoning salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Take out your crock-pot and get it ready. do not turn it on yet.
  2. place your chuck roast on a plate. Sprinkle the meat evenly and all over with the salt, pepper, and seasoning salt.
  3. Place the meat in the crockpot and add the celery and carrots. You can also add in an onion or two if you like.
  4. Place the lid on and set your crock-pot to low and let this cook for 12 hours. I prefer to do this early in the morning so it has plenty of time to cook. I usually put mine on about 7 in the morning and it is perfect when we eat at 7pm.

You can serve this with so many sides that you like. You can serve with mashed potatoes and a roll, a side of pasta, vegetables or you can add potatoes to the last 6 hours of cooking and make a complete meal.

Either way, it is super tender and full of flavor.

If you make this please tag me on Instagram. I would love to see how you pair it with your sides. I hope you enjoy!
