Bourbon Brown Sugar Coffee Creamer

If you have been with me for a while, particularly on my YouTube channel, you will know that I love coffee. I always look for easy, flavorful, and budget-friendly coffee creamers to add to my recipe book. This Bourbon Brown Sugar Coffee Creamer recipe is a little indulgent but very delicious and perfect for a morning cup of coffee.

With a few simple ingredients and a little time, you can make a delicious coffee creamer for your morning cup of Joe. Let’s get started.

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 C. Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp. Bourbon or your favorite whisky
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1/4 Tsp. Salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add the brown sugar and bourbon to a small saucepan. Stir together and turn the heat on to medium. While stirring, cook the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
  2. Remove from the heat and add the salt, condensed milk, and evaporated milk and stir together until well combined. Let the mixture cool to room temp before storing in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • The mixture typically lasts about 2 weeks in the fridge. I typically drink 1 to 2 cups of coffee a day depending so it lasts pretty well in the fridge.
  • I keep the mixture in a wide-mouth mason jar in the fridge. Make sure it is completely cool before storing.
  • Shake or stir the mixture before adding to your coffee.
