Hi My name is Samantha. I have created this blog so I can share my healthy and delicious recipes with you. I have vegan, vegetarian and non vegan recipes for all to love. I am a full-time employee and I cook and create recipes on my off time. I am vegan and my family is non vegan. I cook down home recipes along with very healthy plant-based vegan and raw vegan recipes. My family enjoys both ends of this food spectrum. 

I hope to reach out not only to vegans/vegetarians but to non veg heads as well. I will not only share recipes but our adventures from time to time as well. I hope that every person who comes across this blog finds it helpful and the recipes to their liking. With that being said, let’s get this food journey started.
